A Wildside Winery Wedding
You may remember Christina and Jordy from one of my very first blogs. These two had their sweet engagement session at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Versailles, Kentucky last year. On that day in particular, when I met these two I knew that their wedding day was going to be so much fun! From the look in Christina‘s eyes to the spunk on Jordys face, I knew that these two had found something that most only find once in a lifetime.
Wedding day came quick, as I feel that I just shot their engagement session a month ago. I was greeted by rows of grapes and fields of trees as I arrived at Wildside Winery this past Saturday. The tables were topped with handpainted silver bottles and fresh fall leaves reminding me that fall is actually here. As the day continued Christina got ready with her loving girls and Jordy and his guys hung around the venue until it was time for the ceremony.
One thing that resonated with me about this family is that Christina not only wrote vowes for Jordy, but for his daughter as well. As an only child that has separated parents this meant more to me than most things I see at weddings. This hit home. Seeing the love, the acceptance, and the joy to become a family of three truly melted my heart. These two sang karaoke, Head banged, and danced their night away with their amazing family and friends.
I wish Christina and Jordi many years of happiness and love. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this loving family!
